Check Writing Policy:
Blaq Media Group charges $35.00 for returned checks. Once a check has been returned, Blaq Media Group can no longer accept checks from the client issuing the check. The only forms of payment accepted will be cash, cashier's checks and money orders.
Credit Card/Debit Card Payment Policy:
Blaq Media Group charges $32.00 for charge backs. Once an item has been charged back, Blaq Media Group can no longer accept credit cards or debit cards from the client issuing the payment. The only forms of payment accepted will be cash, cashier's checks and money orders.
Return Policy:
All sales are final. We offer service-based solutions that are based on time in production and billable hours. As a result, there are no refunds or exchanges after 72 hours for service-based orders. In the event you wish to cancel your order within 72 hours, a full refund, less any costs for domain registration, website hosting, hardware purchases, software purchases, portal purchases or documented billable hours that have been expended and used, will be refunded to you. In the event tangible products are ordered, a refund will be issued if they are returned unused within 15 days. If you receive items that were damaged in delivery, and you wish to have your order replaced, please return the unused damaged items in their original packaging so that we can file a claim with the shipping company for the replacement of your items.
Acceptable Use Policy and Service Guidelines
We provide website design and internet webcasting services to several clients, and we have a responsibility to protect each client and to provide the best services available. The following guidelines were designed to ensure these obligations are met.
Content
All services provided may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of any United States Federal, State or City law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, material we judge to be threatening or obscene, or material protected by trade secret and other statute. The subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims resulting from the use of the service which damages the subscriber or any other party.
Pornography and sex-related merchandising is prohibited on all our servers. This includes websites and webcasts that may infer sexual content, or links to adult content elsewhere. Blaq Media Group will be the sole arbiter in determining violations of this provision. Also prohibited are websites and webcasters that promote any illegal activity or present content that may be damaging to our servers or any other server on the Internet. Links to such materials are also prohibited.
Examples of unacceptable content, links, websites or webcasts which we will not maintain:
· Pirated software
· Hacker programs or archives
· Warez sites
· Webcasts or Websites with adult or pornographic content
· Non-Licensed MP3's or Software
We will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision.

Blaq Media Group is not responsible for any damages caused by services provided, and makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide.
Monthly Payments
Customers who are on recurring monthly plans are due for automatic billing from their credit card one month after their sign up date, and every month thereafter. If your credit card information has changed, then you must notify us immediately so we may change this information. If on your bill date, your credit card is declined, or payment is not made, you will get a notice that your account will be suspended in 3 days. If after this notice and 3 days has passed your account may be interrupted temporarily and an email will be sent to the address on file to notify you of this problem. If payment is not arranged within 14 days, we will close your account, and any files will be lost. All prices are in US Dollars (USD).
Credit Card Payments
We are happy to accept Visa and MasterCard credit cards for payment. We use various fraud prevention methods to protect our merchant account, our bank, the customer who owns the credit card being used and ourselves. This includes tracking the IP number and ISP of the person who is using the credit card and verifying the card matches the Zip Code and address of the cardholder. If anyone attempts to obtain service using a fraudulent or unauthorized credit card, your maintenance account will be terminated without warning, we will have the right to place an 'account suspended' page on your IP, and we will cooperate with authorities to report the incident and the information used to obtain the account including your domain name. We will also bill you for all charges to us, including but not limited to bank fees, amounts charged back, plus 5%. We take credit card fraud very seriously. If you have received a credit card statement with our name on it, and did not order our services, please email Billing@BlaqMediaGroup.com Immediately. Your credit card statement will be billed indicating Blaq Media Group as the company. Please note that we will be asking for your credit card information one time after your first billing cycled is complete. We do this to protect you the consumer from any unauthorized charges to your credit card.
Cancellation
If for any reason you are not satisfied with our services, please let us know. We build our services around making website design simple for the customer and want you to be happy. If for some reason we cannot meet your needs, you may notify us five days prior to your next billing date. We will then discontinue billing your account at the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds are issued for partial months or partial periods of website design services already paid for.
